Saraki to forfeit houses in Ikoyi according to court order.

The Federal high court in Lagos has ordered ex-senate president, Bukola Saraki to forfeit two of his properties in Ikoyi.

Justice Mohammed Liman made the temporary forfeiture order following an ex parte application by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

The EFCC said the landed property known as No. 17A McDonald Road, Ikoyi, was reasonably suspected to have been acquired with proceeds of unlawful activity.
