The wife to Nigeria’s first prime minister, Tafawa Balewa has been buried on Monday at the Bauchi Central Cemetery in Bauchi State.

Hajiya Jummai Abubakar passed away on the 27th of October 2019 at the age of 85 after a Long Illness.

She left behind 8 children and several grandchildren.

May her soul rest in peace.
