Foundation donates $10m to China, Africa to contain Coronavirus.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has donated $10m in emergency funds and technical support to help frontline responders in Asia and Africa deal with the growing threat posed by the virus.
A statement released by the foundation on Monday disclosed that it was committing $5m to tackling the virus in China, and was already working with a range of Chinese public and private sector partners to accelerate national and international cooperation.
First reported in Wuhan City on December 31, 2019, Corona Virus (known as 2019-nCoV) has since been detected in 10 other countries, including Thailand, Japan, France and the US.
