President Muhammadu Buhari has announced that he has recommended Justice Monica Dongban-Mensem as acting president, court of appeal.
According to a tweet on his official Twitter handle he shared that he has sent Justice Monica’s name to the Senate for confirmation.
“I have sent the nomination of Justice Monica Dongban-Mensem, Acting President, Court of Appeal, to the Senate for confirmation as President, Court of Appeal, in line with the recommendation of the National Judicial Council.”
