A voice note reportedly from Late Olamide Alli who was murdered by her fiancé Chris Ndukwe where she shared concerns about marrying him has been made public by activist, Esther Ijewere
In the VN from 2018, Olamide told her friend that her wedding to Chris has been scheduled for October of 2018. However, she wasn’t sure she wanted to get married to him even though they’ve known each other for years, going on and off in their relationship.
Explaining why she was having second thoughts about marrying Chris, Olamide said she isn’t sure they know each other well enough adding that she having kids shouldn’t be the only reason she would want to get married.
The wedding didn’t hold again in October 2018. It was postponed to August 2020. Unfortunately, he murdered her and killed himself in June 2020, leaving behind their sons, aged 7 and 3.
