Akeredolu mourns health Commissioner who died of Covid-19

Governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu has taken to social media to mourn his health commissioner, Wahab Adegbenro who died of coronavirus.

In a tweet he shared via his twitter handle he described Adegbenro as a reliable colleague and compatriot adding that he will be sorely missed.

“Dr Wahab Adegbenro, my Honourable Commissioner for Health, was a reliable colleague and compatriot.

“His calmness and dedication towards caring for everybody were loved by all. He will be sorely missed. My heartfelt condolences to his family,” Akeredolu tweeted

  1. Rip Health Commissioner. Few days ago, i made comment here when the health commissioner contacted the disease. It beats my immagination that our rulers make laws they cant keep. They think the laws and regulations they dish out is for the masses not for them. Our leaders hardly keep the social distance required to prevent this disease. Now the governor of Ondo state has contacted the disease and went to isolation. I remember the governor went with some members of his cabinet to Abuja to submit his second term nomination form and most of his entourage tested postive
