Bomb Explosions rock Maiduguri

Maiduguri, capital of Borno state, has experienced at least two bomb explosion.

This is coming less than 24 hours after the convoy of Babagana Zulum, the governor, was attacked in Kukawa local government area of the state.

According to reports by The Cable, the first blast was said to have occurred around Gunge, a residential area, around 6pm.

It was also reported that a security source had confirmed that the other blast went off around a place where cars are sold in the state capital.

At the time of this report, it is unknown if Boko Haram insurgents are behind the attacks.

The chief of army staff Brutai, i refuse to call him Geral because he is not fit to bear such rank, in a show of shame relocated to Borno to intensify fight against insurgency as he claimed but for over one year now since his infamous relocation, has any significant result been achieved in the fight against insurgency, Nope. All we hear is killing, bombing, beheading, slaughtering in massive scale, everyday. So what is the use of his relocation to Borno state if the number One citizen of that state is attacked and no response from the army
