CAMA: As long as you live in Nigeria, you will do as told by the law – Buhari’s aide replies Oyedepo
Lauretta Onochie, Media aide to President Muhammadu Buhari has reacted to the warning by the founder and General Overseer of the Living Faith Church, Bishop David Oyedepo, against the application of the Company and Allied Matters Acts (CAMA) in churches.
Oyedepo had warned that the church is directly connected to God and therefore does not operate under the rules of men.
Reacting to this Onochie on her Twitter page, declared that as long as Oyedepo lives in Nigeria he will have to do as told by the law or manufacture his own country.
Her tweet:
“Hope this is not true. If it is, Oyedepo will have to manufacture his own country and live by his own laws.
“As long as he lives and operates within the entity called Nigeria, he will live by Nigerian rules and laws.
“He will do as he’s told by the law. Enough of lawlessness.”
OK ma he will, then you too must abide in the rules and laws of Nigeria

Nobody is above law, even there’s also law clearly stated in the by Almighty God to be followed. Therefore religious bodies should also follow the law of the country where they operate in as much as they didn’t ask you not to practice your religion according to the Bible you believe in.
They didn’t said that the religious houses will be closed but follow the lay down rules which must not contradict the law of God, if it contradicts the law of God it won’t be followed.

What ever is the case I know that no one is above the law of the land where he or she resides
I hope this law is not enemical to the well being of the masses, if it is not, why contest it, but if it is, the government should look back in it and amend it
Please all we want in this country is progress and peace not war
the Nigeria government don’t the different between the power of God nd the power of government pls someone should make them to understand the different between the two powers
