International flights to resume September 5 – FG

The Federal Government on Thursday announced Sept. 5 as the date for the full resumption of international flights into the country.

The announcement was shared during Thursdays briefing of the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 by the Director-General, Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, Capt. Musa Nuhu

Nuhu said the government was pushing ahead with the implementation of the principle of reciprocity against nationals of some countries that were imposing stringent travel conditions on Nigerian citizens on the bases of COVID-19 cases in the country.He said a comprehensive list of the affected countries would be released to the public alongside the COVID-19 protocols.

  2. That’s good news for Nigerians because gradually COVI-19 is carrying it’s baggage from our country and also our revenue will increase a little bit.

  3. I hope gradually Nigeria are moving out of this pandemic called COVID-19 and our internal generated revenue will now increase. Federal government should quickly state out the rules to be followed in order not to increase this disease if at all someone is having it.

  4. I know that its because schools abroad are resuming in September, now the international flights will start so that your children schooling there can go back to school. God is watching
