Nigerian rapper, Chinko Ekun has recounted how he and his friend were allegedly arrested by SARS operatives. According to Chinko Ekun, they were assaulted and arrested for being fresh, having an iPhone and being in a nice car.
Chinko wrote; Right here is a pic of @walinteenpro and I in handcuffs coming back from lekki one night . What was our crime ? We were fresh , we were in a nice car and we had iPhones .. they beat us with sticks , slapped us any how . Choi we suffer that night ! #ENDSARS Abeg ! Not a news anymore, that is what people are complaining about, that is why we also ask government to reform that section in the police.
SARS use to molest some innocent youths when they hold iPhone and I don’t think SARS should be harassed the innocent people or youths.
If all should be allowed to count their ordeals because there’s lots of atrocities been committed by this SARS. Police should reform this SARS for progress. Not only your friend.
