#EndSARS: The Silence from churches and General Overseers is so loud…MLK was a Reverend – Freeze
Daddy Freeze has hit out at the Churches and their leaders who are yet to lend their voices in the ongoing #EndSARS campaign against police brutality in Nigeria.
Taking to his Twitter page, the media personality acknowledged others who have spoken out and pleaded with the rest to publicly come out and stand for the people like late American Christian minister and activist, Martin Luther King Jr, did for his own people.
He wrote;
”The silence from the Churches/GOs regarding #EndSARS is so loud! Except for a few that spoke earlier, everyone else in church leadership is so conspicuously silent? Please, I plead with you, Stand with the people like Martin Luther King did! He was a reverend! ~FRZ #SARSMUSTEND”
Religious matter should be differentiate when discussing social matter… So church and mosque shouldn’t bother cuz it’s the fight if the everybody not religious related matter.
What the churches or mosque need is to preach against the brutality Nigerians meted from the hand of SARS. Therefore, it’s not under must for churches to join them in the protest.
No in this type of case, you will not see your so called religious leaders speak or come out openly to stand their ground and talk against the ill of the society but when it reaches in issues concerning contributing monies and tithes for them, they will open their wide mouths to talk
RELIGION IS POLITICS
The work of mosque and churches is to preach for peace in all ramifications and enlighten the citizens with the words of God with what to do and not.
We are all one Nigeria we suppose to do this together including the religiously and socially, because we all have children and we called it one Nigeria. SARSmustEND
I think they always lend their voices out because nobody will support brutality of his own people but we need to realize is that the religious bodies are not political parties. Therefore, they don’t need to join in protest but only to speak their voices.

This Freeze sef I don’t know why anything that concerns church do give him sleepless night. Churches should be left out of this because its not a Religious issue but Social matter, when Religious matter arises you Daddy Freeze will see how they will act and speak with one voice.
All the religiously leader are silence just because they have seen how useless President muhammadu buhari he is against the free of speech in the country, they see it as if they make mention of anything that could against muhammadu buhari may destroy there assembly or kill them without any traces.
