Lekki Shooting: Blood of dead Nigerians crying for Justice – Oby Ezekwesili tells Buhari
Former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili has told President Muhammadu Buhari that the blood of the dead Nigerians, who were shot during the End SARS protest at the Lekki Toll Gate are crying for justice.
Ezekwesili stated this in a tweet via her Twitter handle on Tuesday morning
She wrote: “It is 7 days since that #BlackTuesday of #LekkiTollGateProtest where @HQNigerianArmy shot our unarmed #EndSARS protesters.
“The Blood of the dead citizens is crying for Justice, @MBuhari.”
This is coming after Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State finally agreed that the Nigerian Army ordered the shooting of End SARS protesters at Lekki Toll Gate last Tuesday.
Speaking to CNN on Monday, Sanwo-Olu said footage available to him shows that the Nigerian Army ordered the shooting which the Nigerian Army denied, saying the videos were photoshopped.

The blood of those who were killed won’t allow our leaders to have rest of mind. Even, if they didn’t confess those who sent them, those people will surely pay for it.
I’m still wondering how human being will command an army to shoot her citizens. that’s wickedness, they (army) even have the guts to come out and be telling us that it’s Photoshop, they don’t have the fear of God.
Those murdered in cold blood for a cause that will better the country,their death wouldn’t be in vain and those perpetrators will be judged.
God won’t even forgive you politicians for not doing what they suppose to do, the suffering is too much for the citizens and more also the hunger in the land, people come out to express their grievances and you asked the army to killed them. God won’t forgive you.
The blood of those killed in that lekki toll gate shooting will continue to torment all that have a hand in her be way or the other in that wicked killing

There blood we ask President muhammadu buhari, since governor babajide sanwo-olu has confirmed that it was Nigeria army that responsible for the killing of protesters in lekki toll gate last week, an action should be carry immediately, charge them to court and let them tell Nigeria who gave them the order… because I know Nigeria army can never shoot without giving an order by there boss. Now Nigeria we know wether it was sanwo-olu or somebody else that gave the order.
