Oyigbo crisis: “IPOB is an organization committed to Nigeria’s destruction” – Senator Magnus Abe

Senator Magnus Abe has reacted to the recent crisis that has rocked Oyigbo in Rivers state.

The Rivers-born politician who spoke in an interview on Arise News, stated that the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is an organization committed to destruction. He maintained that IPOB is an organization with a ”terrorist orientation” of pulling the federal republic of Nigeria apart just like Boko Haram.

He also revealed that enquiries are currently ongoing to unmask the real situation in the Rivers community.

Abe further disclosed that a policeman who was formerly attached to his security team, was attacked during the crisis simply because he is a police officer. He added that while the policeman’s house was burnt, his neighbour was burnt alive.

  1. Please save us this trash talk and go talk to the woods
How can you be comparing IPOB and BOKOHARAM
    This is totally unfair

  2. What is the cause of this issue you are talking about, you didn’t inform us what transpired but labelling one sided as terrorist is unfair.

  3. Though, the destruction of properties and killing of people is unacceptable, but government also should be proactive in their dealings.

  4. Killing innocent people and burning of the houses and properties should not be à thing of expressing your agitation, you should channel you plight through right channel.

  5. There is a lot of things that you politicians are caused, you do not use to address issues straight away without politicize it, may be you are also the one cause this problems.
