Gowon ate food for the next Generation – Aisha Yesufu
Aisha Yesufu has reacted to claims by a member of the British Parliament, who alleged that General Gowon during his time had carted away with half of the CBN.
The UK Parliament was set up to debate sanctions on those responsible for the killings of EndSARS protesters at Lekki Toll gate.
Reacting to this, Aisha Yesufu in a tweet stated that people were always trying to cover up Gowon’s wrongs adding that he is the worst of all Nigerian leaders. Comparing him to Abacha, she said Abacha would have been called ”hero”
She concluded by stating that while Dubai leaders while saving for the future generation, Gowon was eating food meant for the future generation.
Her tweet;
“Always many trying to whitewash Gowon. If Abacha had not died, he would be “hero”
“Gowon is the worst of them all. Gowon is always with any government in power and never with the people. His self-preservation is second to none. Dubai leader was building for the next generation while Gowon was eating the food for the next generation.”
Except those who got us independent, the remaining leaders are corrupt one. They always ready to mortgage anything in the expenses of the citizens.
Unless we all change our mentality including the followers things won’t change for good. If started stoning those who stole our money, they will change for good.
He might do away with the money for now but one thing I know certainly is that his generation will pay it. God won’t forgive you leaders.
UK and US should work together to sanction those corrupt leaders and ban them not to have any access to their facilities including their children.
