It will take Africa 50 years before things get better – Samklef
Veteran music producer, Samklef, has stated that it will take Africa 50 years before things get better.
He said this reacting to the ongoing electoral violence in Uganda. According to him, the fact that old African politicians are finding it hard to vacate the positions they’ve occupied for many years is the major reason why Africa is crawling into true democracy.
He wrote;
“It’s will take Africa 50 years b4 things will be better. The old ones are not ready to let go.
May Almighty God forbid, I’m still contemplating why those old men do not want to leave the seat for grand children.
Some of those people politics since 80’s do not want to leave the stage because of what are benefitting from it.
I hope this time around, the young ones (youths) won’t allow them to go back to the their various seat by defeat them with votes.
We need to retire them by force in order to move the country and Africa at large move forward.
That will be true but hope it doesn’t reach that time before it gets better….
