EndSARS: Only Justice and fairness can lead to peace -Dino Melaye warns Buhari on threat to protesters
Former Kogi West Senator, Dino Melaye has warned President Muhammadu Buhari against threatening End SARS protesters.
Melaye made this warning following a statement yesterday by the president where he vowed to deal with violent Protesters.
The former Senator in a tweet noted that only Justice, fairness, consideration and cooperation can resolve issues adding that protest is an inalienable right.
He wrote: “My advice to President Buhari on threats to EndSARS protesters.
“Though force can protect in emergency, only justice, fairness, consideration and cooperation can finally lead men to the dawn of eternal peace. Protest is an inalienable right. SDM”
There is no gain in having a grave yard peace. The best peace is the peace that is real from the people’s mind

Handling those asking for their right by peaceful protest can’t solve the issue but dialogue with them.

I know that Buhari won’t be happy with the ongoing protest in this country because he knows that the youths are really out for him and his bad Government that’s why he’s threatening the peaceful protesters.
