Kankara: ‘May be Buhari sent the school boys on excursion to terrorists’ – Oby Ezekwesili
A former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili claims that President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration stage-managed the abduction of the school boys from Government Science Secondary School, Kankara, Katsina State.
Speaking on Channels Television, Ezekwesili noted that a government that created a problem and said it solved it shouldn’t be applauded.
The former minister, who is one of the Co-Conveners of the Bring Back Our Girls group asked Buhari to explain to Nigerians what exactly happened in Kankara.
“For us to congratulate a government that created a problem and said it solved it? We shouldn’t be doing that. The society should learn how to hold people accountable. The President should be disgusted with what happened, not commending himself. What is he clapping for? Those children were put in harm’s way. And now he said he’s rescued them? Maybe the President sent the children on an excursion to terrorists so they can release children at will to him.
“He needs to tell us exactly what happened with the Kankara kids. There is a problem. This country should not be taken for a ride by President Buhari and his government. This is very unbecoming and the whole world is laughing at us. They think we are jokers. Many countries didn’t even bother to show that anything had happened in our country because they felt who are these people and what are they doing to themselves?” Ezekwesili said.
You have said it all. The students that were kidnapped by bandits, not only kidnapped they (students) were also taking away by the bandits with so many miles, the presidency now came out and said they have rescued them, shame on this present administration.
There so many atrocities committed by this present administration and I don’t think those in government have human feeling. 333 students were kidnapped and one of the president aids has the gut to tell us that only ten students were kidnapped, imagine that.
What is going on in the country is like stage play which manage by the bandits, if not Nigeria government is now paying ransom to the bandits before they could secure their release.
We don’t know what they want to turn this country to in the hand of insecurities? This killing of people has expose them that they don’t have anything to offer Nigerians.
The whole saga of the abduction looks mysterious and somehow funny. If you have followed it, it looked as a joke, stage managed
Well the government of the day can explain better even though they don’t ever tell us the truth

This is true the world is thinking that way because nothing happen for nothing at least there should be an explanation and details of everything should be made public
