In response to reports about certain monetary policies implemented by the Tinubu administration, Murray Bruce emphasized that the era of unscrupulous businessmen seeking import duty exemptions and engaging in fraudulent activities at the presidential villa has come to an end.

In a tweet he shared, the former lawmaker wrote; ” ‘’President Bola Tinubu is the first President of Nigeria with a Financial background. Let me tell our 419 businessmen some hard truths. Your days of going to the villa at night to get import duty exemptions, tax waivers, fraudulent judgement claims and bogus business deals are over. Focus on legitimate business deals.
