Is it proper to chase your wife because she hasn’t been able to get pregnant? – Nigerian lady asks after her ‘neighbor’ sent his wife packing due to childlessness

There has been a response from Nigerians following a narrative shared by Gold Syril from Delta State regarding her neighbor, whose wife was sent away by him due to her inability to conceive.

Gold Syril expressed her distress over witnessing the wife’s departure and questioned the appropriateness of abandoning a spouse solely based on the issue of childbearing. She sought answers and prayers for those experiencing similar struggles with conception (Trying To Conceive – TTC).

In response to the post, Blessing Edere Iruoghene expressed an alternative perspective, stating that not having a womb would be a valid reason for sending a wife away. He further added that low sperm count, in the case of the husband, can be treated and managed.

Blessing Edere Iruoghene also emphasized the importance of conducting fertility tests with a partner before marriage to address potential concerns proactively.
