”This generation scares me stiff” – Joe Igbokwe faults Lloyd Ike Ekweremmadu for “staging elaborate wedding ceremony” despite his parents being in jail

Joe Igbokwe, a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has criticized Lloyd Ike Ekweremadu Jr. for hosting an extravagant wedding event while his parents, Ike Ekweremadu and Beatrice, are incarcerated.

Lloyd recently tied the knot with his spouse, Tiffany Adaobi Obinna-Uzor, in a lavish ceremony held at the Basilica of Grace, Anglican Communion, Gudu District Abuja, on Saturday, August 19, 2023.

The former Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, and his wife were noticeably absent from the wedding, as they are presently serving prison sentences in the UK after being convicted of involvement in organ trafficking.

Reacting to this, Igbowke stated that he could have done a low-key ceremony and waited till the release of his parents
