I found out my husband was 51-year-old on our wedding day — Jasmine

Jasmine Okekeagwu, a content creator and the adopted daughter of the renowned comic actor, Mr. Ibu, shared her experience of uncovering her estranged husband’s true age.

She revealed during a recent interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo that her ex-husband, who resides in the UK, had misled her about his age, claiming to be 38 years old on their wedding day.

This revelation came after Jasmine announced her divorce from him in November 2022, citing his deception regarding his previous marriage and children.

She said; “I was with my ex-husband for nine months and I did not get pregnant. Now this is where the story got very tricky. This man told me he had never married and he had never gotten a lady pregnant before in his life.

“He told me he was 38 years old but I found out my husband was 51 on our wedding day. Imagine finding out such a thing on a wedding day.

“Many people had different experiences with him. He promised about five girls marriages. And when I was going through my husband’s phone I started seeing a lot of girls, most of which are Yoruba, and big big TikTokers,” she added
