Earning 200k in Nigeria is better than £2000 in the UK – Allen Onyema
Allen Onyeoma, the CEO of Air Peace, has asserted that individuals earning two hundred thousand Naira monthly in Nigeria fare better than those earning two thousand pounds in the United Kingdom.
He made this statement during an appearance as a guest on TVC. Discussing the economic challenges and the resilience of the Naira with the host, Onyema concurred that a significant portion of the problem is “artificial”.
Onyema further mentioned that with a monthly income of 200,000 Naira, a Nigerian can manage to afford services such as a maid, a driver, and other domestic staff.
He expressed full confidence in his belief that the Naira holds greater value than it is currently being portrayed when contrasted with other foreign currencies.
“Go to London, if you earn two thousand pounds a month in London, you’re a pauper. What two thousand pounds can afford you is like two thousand Naira.
