Man loses left eye after he was shot by bandits during an attempted kidnap
A man in Kaduna has lost one of his eyes after armed bandits shot him during an attempted kidnap.
According to Dr. Auwal Mustapha Imam, who visited the victim on Sunday, December 13, the bandits attempted to abduct his friend at Kwanar Farakwai along Kaduna-Zaria road but he resisted. The gunmen fired several bullets and one hit his left eye.
“We have today visited our friend that was shot at one of his eyes by bandits terrorising Kaduna-Zaria villages.
“The bandits attempted to abduct him at Kwanar Farakwai, but he resisted them. As a result, they fired several bullets and one brushed his eye. He has now lost one of his eye.” Dr. Imam said

This is sad, where are we heading to in this nation? There’s no security of lives and properties anymore. May Almighty God comes to our rescue.
Please, what is primary assignment of the government? They are collecting huge amount of money on the issue of this security of a thing yet nothing to show for it.
To hear this kind of news is pathetic, those terrorising the country have now had boldness to operate anywhere in the country and no one will stop them. This is bad. Sorry for the loss.
Losing any parts of the body or anything to the theif is a great loss. Is this how we will continue to live in the country with fear of been kidnapped everyday? Something urgent must be done.
