Governor Matawalle seeks alliance to end Banditry
Governor of Zamfara state, Bello Matawalle has expressed his need for an alliance in the fight against insecurity in the region.
Speaking to newsmen on Tuesday, Matawalle stated that the basic function of any government is to ensure the security of lives and properties of its citizens adding that he is working to solve insecurity in his State.
He further expressed that his administration was working with the military, Miyetti-Allah, and repentant bandits to restore peace and stability in the state.
He made it known that his priority was to secure the state from its immediate past position of being “the most dangerous state to visit or reside” due to waves of attacks and killing by bandits.
If the alliance will bring lasting solution to the insecurities that is causing unrest in the state.
The insecurity in that region has beyond what we can write home about, I will implore our army to stand up and fight against this insecurity in the northern region.
I get highly annoyed when I hear about these so called criminals if they like let them baptize them with different names be it hoodlums, bandits, bokoharam, herds men, armed robbers or kidnappers
Are these criminals spirits that cannot be seen, are they not humans living right in the society with us
The government should stop giving excuses on leaving these criminals to be molesting law abiding citizens as if nothing can be done to them
They should go all out and tackle this menace and madness they call insecurity

You are the cause of our problem, I mean our leader are behind the problem of the insecurities in the country. They know all the bad people and they are the one sending then an errand which they must delivered. May Almighty Allah guide us and continue to protecting us in the country..
Until you started orientate your children and educate them on how live a peaceful life without violence and provide amenities for them, if not the issue of insecurity won’t go down.
What you need in that region is to eradicate almajiri, once that has been done, there will be little problem remain to tackle in the region, the problem of almajiri is a problem on his own.
God will surely help you….. The rates of kidnapping this days is at the highest level……
