Putin signs bill giving Russian Presidents immunity from prosecution for crimes
Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a bill granting former presidents and their family members lifetime immunity from prosecution for crimes once they leave office.
The bill was published online on Tuesday, December 22, exempting them from questioning by police or investigators, as well as searches or arrests. The legislation was part of constitutional amendments that were approved this summer in a nationwide vote that allowed Putin to remain president until 2036 as he would have had to step down in 2024.
It was also noted that a former president can still be stripped of immunity if accused of treason or other grave crimes, and the charges confirmed by the Supreme and Constitutional courts.
In order to assure the immunity, the former presidents will be granted a lifetime seat in the Federation Council or senate.
We are all human being and we are not above error or mistakes, therefore, granting them immunity may be a great threat to that country.
If care is not taking that country may collapse, if the president is not accountable for what is asked to supervise then who will now to be held responsible? This is bad.
All these people just want to turn themselves to demigod which is not possible it’s only God that can do anything without being asked, only time will tell.
That means you don’t have good intentions for your country people because if you do, you won’t afraid of prosecution if you do something wrong when you are on the throne. This is pathetic in this democracy era.
For what this not good o. They should only have the humanity while they are still in office not after there office. This is not fair.
This is literally making yourself a God.

No one should be above the law,even while in office not talking of being above the law of the land when he or she leaves office
Politicians and there corrupt practices…. When you know you didn’t do good then you are finding escape routes from prosecution…… God will surely judge you……
