“Stop following me if you believe any statement made by Don Davis’ mother” – Reno Omokri defends Pastor Kumuyi
Reno Omokri has thrown his weight behind the General Overseer of Deeper Life Church, Pastor Williams Kumuyi amidst the controversy involving the church and Deborah Okezie after her disclosures involving her son, Don Davis’ ordeal in a Deeper Life School in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state.
Omokri who doesn’t believe anything the student’s mother had alleged, in an Instagram post, made it known that that anyone who believes things Okezie said has happened since she went public with the abuses her son suffered in the school, should stop following him. According to him, such following is an insult to him as he doesn’t need such reading and following.
He wrote;
“Deeper Life and Kumuyi shut down her Facebook page* Deeper Life and Kumuyi went to her child’s kindergarten school to ask for her address* Deeper Life and Kumuyi sneaked in a masked doctor to inject her child stupefying substances* Deeper Life and Kumuyi are trying to kill her. Please if you believe any of these stories, kindly stop following me. Your following is an INSULT to me! Go away. I do not need your kind reading and following me. May God bless Deeper Christian Life Church, and Pastor William Kumuyi, a man of God who has lived a life that is a pattern of good works and virtue. In Christ’s Name, amen.
I will surely unfollow you, why won’t I believe it, the pastor didn’t do it, but those who think they can fight for God might carry out those act.
Don’t believe anything or anybody other the God Almighty…
Who is following you before? You better follow your mind and live in peace, if you like say the truth or jeopardize it.
Merely look at that child you will know that something has happened to the boy physically Even not only physically including emotionally, the school needs to tell us the truth about the situation on ground not blaming the or those who supported her.
I don’t think something is not wrong with this man because merely looking at the boy you will know that something is wrong, you don’t need to be followed before people do the right thing.
May God have mercy on us in this country we like covering the truth if it is involve those highly respected people in our country.
