‘Don’t wear bra everyday’ – Singer Teni advises Ladies
Nigerian singer, Teni, has advised ladies to avoid wearing a bra on a daily basis in order to let the melons rest.
She took to her Twitter page on Tuesday to share the advice that she has also been practicing.
In her words:
“No be everyday bra, sometimes make breast rest.
“Six pack loading! Iyalaiya anybody”
Which Melon are you talking about? Nobody asks you to wear bra 24/7, what you need is put it when you are going out and remove if you are at home.
Not when you away from home but when you are at home.
Medically, it is also advisable to Free the breast and men also not wearing tight knicker when sleeping.

U hope those ladies will take to your advice, many of them are not wearing it before not to talk of when you have advised them now.
