Veteran Singer Shina Peters ordained Bishop
Veteran Afro Juju star, Sir Shina Peters has been ordained as bishop of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church.
He was ordained at a ceremony held at a Cherubim and Seraphim Church in the Iju area of Lagos on Saturday January 30.
He shared the news via Instagram with a video of his ordination.
He wrote;
‘‘Bishop with the swagger. God above all.”

It started with Chris Okotie, after playing pop and R&B he quit the music scene and went into pastorial service and was ordained a pastor. Next was Ebenezar Obey from music to envangelist, followed by late Sunny Okosun and recently Sir Shina Peters. As a bishop with Cherubim and Seraphim will he abandon his music career or combine both?
