“You castigate bad Governance but encourage Sexual Abuse” – Actress Caroline Danjuma Blasts Nollywood
Nollywood actress, Caroline Danjuma has shared her displeasure with Nollywood. According to her, the Nigerian Movie industry supports alleged rape and sexual abuse but still castigate bad Governance.
The actress shared this in a post on Instagram in which she stated that the success of Nigeria starts in the homes of her citizens.
In her words:
“Alleged rape, rape, molestation, sexual abuse, domestic abuse and emotional abuse is now customary. You will see full able bodied parents defending the accused while they take turns to abuse the victim. An industry that will be the first to castigate bad governance.. The success of Nigeria starts in the homes of her citizens. I am completely indignant. Smh”
Speak up and let them realize that what they are doing is not augur well in the industry
There are lots that’s happening in the industry and they fail to solve the issue which doesn’t sound well
Supporting the alleged rape and sexual abused is not the solution rather find a way to curb it among them and put to a stop sexual harassment
