BREAKING: Suspected bandits invade Abuja school again, abduct vice principal

Suspected bandits on Wednesday stormed the Junior Secondary School (JSS) Yebu in Kwali Area Council of Abuja and abducted the Vice Principal, Mohammed Nuhu after invading the staff quarters.

The bandits fired gunshots into the air, tied the security guard near the gate and ordered everyone to comply. While some surrounded the school, others jumped over the fence and broke into the VP’s apartment

The incident was confirmed by the Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Teachers, FCT (NUT) Stephen Knabayi.


The Police has commenced an investigation.
The incident comes 24 hours after gunmen attacked the United of Abuja (UNIABUJA) quarters where Professor Obansa and his son, Professor Oboscolo, his son, daughters, Sambo Mohammed and Dr Tobins were abducted.
