Strike: “Nigerian Students deserve better” – Mr Macaroni pleads with FG and ASUU

Mr Macaroni has called on the Nigerian Government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities ASUU to come to an agreement that will see that students return back to school.

ASUU President, Prof. Emmanuel Osodeke had on Monday declared a nationwide strike following the Federal Government’s inability to implement demands that cut across funding and other welfare packages for lecturers.

This has caused an outrage as students have gone online to lament alleged nonchalance of the Federal Government. Mr Macaroni did not hesitate to join his voice with theirs. According to him, “Nigerian Students also deserve better”

In his words;

“I plead with ASUU and the Nigerian Government to come to terms that will see to it that students return to school as soon as possible. Abeg!
