Tinubu: Shettima will deliver Borno to him – Adeyanju

Human rights activist Deji Adeyanju has reacted to the decision of APC presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu to pick former governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima as his running mate

Tinubu who was chosen as the Presidential candidate of the APC in June announced Shettima as his running mate on Sunday July 10 in Daura Katsina state

He said he settled for Shettima based on his competence and ability to deliver.

Reacting to this in a tweet, Adeyanju described the duo as strong candidates adding that Shettima will deliver Borno state in the polls

In his words: “Tinubu’s pick of Shettima is a very strong ticket.

“His VP pick will naturally deliver Borno State to him.”
