I am eager to go, it has been tough – Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari has said that his days as president has been really tough on him as he can’t wait to hand over to his successor.

He spoke yesterday while receiving governors of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in his home town, Daura in Katsina State.

The President expressed gratitude to God that people appreciate the sacrifices his administration has made and also wished his successor well

He said: “I am eager to go. I can tell you it has been tough. I am grateful to God that people appreciate the personal sacrifices we have been making.

“I wish the person who is coming after me the very best
