Don’t run away, Nigeria needs your vision, resilience and creativity – Tinubu tells El-Rufai
Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu has appealed to Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai not to leave Nigeria after the 2023 elections.
He said this on Saturday when he paid a visit to kaduna. He addressed attendees at the seventh edition of KadInvest, an annual event organised by the Kaduna State Investment Promotion Agency.
The former lagos state Governor told El-Rufai that the country needs his vision, resilience and creativity to turn a rotten situation into a bad one
“Nigeria needs thinkers and doer. I’m openly begging Nasir El-Rufai not to run away for (an) additional degree.
“He’s going to Cairo (for) Ph.D…and everything. There are (a) lot of educated drelics (sic). We are not going to let you run away.
“Your vision, creativity and resiliency in turning a rotten situation to a bad one (sic) is necessary at this critical time.
“That is why we are why today”, the APC co-founder said in his speech.
So, if he leaves the country, there’s no any other people that can do better than him.
I don’t know the reason why many of you would be leaving the country after their tenure, why can’t they stay with us
he is not running away but you chase him away……
