Obi: Obasanjo has always wanted a president from the South East as a way to heal the Civil War wounds – Omokri
Reno Omokri has described Former President Olusegun Obasanjo as a man with a good heart. This is coming after he (Obasanjo) endorsed Peter Obi of Labour Party.
Reno who is an ally of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, expressed that Obasanjo’s support for Obi is to heal the wound of the 1966 civil war.
According to him, Obasanjo also wanted former Rivers State Governor, Peter Odili to become Vice President in 2007 but the late Yar’Adua insisted on Goodluck Jonathan.
Reno said; “President Obasanjo is a good-hearted man. He has always wanted a President from the SE[South East] or close to the SE[South East]as a way to heal the Civil War wounds.
“In 2007, he wanted Peter Odili, but Yar’adua insisted on Governor Jonathan as VP. What Obj [Obasanjo]did won’t affect the election!”
That is what we call just, fairness and equity
That is how leader suppose to behave not the one that will give it to one side
Zoning president to your zone doesn’t guarantee your victory, it’s well
You people need to work together in order to achieve your desire
that is true cuz it’s what he and his boss did to the south…….
