If your principal cannot recommend you, then there is something fundamentally wrong – Wike mocks Atiku over Obasanjo’s endorsement
Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike has mocked Atiku Abubakar over Former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s decision to endorse Peter Obi of Labour Party for President come 2023.
Atiku who was Obasanjo’s vice between 1999 and 2007 could not get his (Obasanjo) approval.
Wike at the flag-off of a road construction in the state on January 2, said there was something fundamentally wrong
According to him; “I was praying that Obasanjo should not say anything. When I saw the letter last night, I was touched. If your principal cannot recommend you, then there is something fundamentally wrong.
After all, you people went to see your principal to lobby him to recommend you. It took your principal a long time before he now wrote a letter to all Nigerians, saying, ‘Look, I am not too comfortable [with Atiku]’. I am not bothered about other people but this one [Obasanjo] worked with you and he knows [why he took that decision].”

Both the principal and the students might not be in good terms
Something is wrong with both of them therefore, you can’t expect them to be in the same page
May Almighty God choose for us wether he endorses Peter obi or not
