Alleged discrimination: FG revokes visa, residence and work permit of Seplat boss

The Federal Government of Nigeria has revoked the visa, residence and work permit of Seplat CEO, Roger Brown

This was made known in a statement by the New Media Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari, Bashir Ahmad on his verified Twitter handle.

According to him, the decision became necessary after there were several allegations of racist actions carried out by Brown.

Brown was accused of favoring foreign workers in the detriment of Nigerian workers

“The FG has revoked the visa, residence and work permits of Roger Brown, a British businessman and CEO of Seplat Energy Plc, an oil & gas exploration and production company based in Nigeria over alleged racism, favoring of foreign workers and discrimination against Nigerian employees”, Ahmad posted.
