320 roads currently under construction – Umahi

Senator Dave Umahi, the Minister of Works, has announced that approximately 320 roads are currently being constructed across the nation to provide relief to the general population.

Umahi said this during a meeting with the Minister of Defence, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, and the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja.

He emphasized that the enhancement of road infrastructure would positively impact various sectors such as security, agriculture, education, and commerce throughout the country. The Minister highlighted that the focus of the meeting was to strengthen collaborations to enhance the nation’s internal security by advancing the development of road infrastructure.

Umahi also underscored President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s dedication to enhancing Nigerians’ well-being by creating accessible roads.
