Refilwe Seboko, a woman from South Africa, has recommended that committed married women consider taking PrEP due to concerns about their husbands engaging in risky and unprotected sexual behaviors.

PrEP, short for pre-exposure prophylaxis, refers to medication taken by individuals at risk of HIV to prevent contracting the virus through sexual activity or injection drug use.

PrEP works by inhibiting the spread of HIV within the body.
