Reality TV star, Rachel Edwards has weighed in on the ongoing DNA controversy gripping Nigeria’s social sphere.
According to reports, amidst recent instances of paternity fraud, some Nigerians on social media are calling for mandatory DNA testing.
In response, Rachel expressed her views on her X handle, proposing that requesting a DNA test from a partner should be deemed a criminal act.
The reality star argued that such a demand indicates a lack of trust within the relationship and suggests that the couple should not have entered marriage in the first instance.
She wrote, “Asking your wife for a DNA test should be a criminal offence. If you don’t trust her, why marry her in the first place?”
