Ex-Commissioner of Police, Yomi Onashile, dies of COVID19 after a week at the Isolation Center in Ibadan
A retired Commissioner of Police, Yomi Onashile, has died of COVID19 complications. He died yesterday January 30 at the Isolation centre at Olodo, in Ibadan, Oyo State where he was being treated.
Onashile was said to have been on admission at the COVID-19 Isolation Centre since January 24.
Before his retirement from the Nigeria Police Force, the deceased served as Commissioner of Police in Abia, Oyo, Ekiti and Lagos states.
When contacted, the state Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Olugbenga Fadeyi, confirmed the retired police commissioner’s death.

Covid19 is taking a big toll and wrecking hsvoc and this government is taking it lightly. The vaccine that is expected for people to get inoculated are yet to arrive as government is playing politics to get it or not. Meanwhile people are dying as the disease keep spreading and increasing in numbers of people contacting the virus
