Court fixes new Date for Nnamdi Kanu’s Trial
A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has set March 31, 2020, for the resumption of the trial of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.
The Buhari government had filed a counter-motion before the court to oppose an application filed in April 2019 by Nnamdi Kanu seeking the restoration of his bail and so his bail request has been canceled and trial resumed.
