“Impress me about God by your deeds and your ways” – Wale Adenuga tells Nigerians who are quick to say they will do their work by the grace of God
Gospel Artist, Wale Adenuga has called out Nigerians who are quick to say they will do their job by God’s grace, to stop calling God’s name in vain.
In a post he shared on Instagram, he shared that people call on God’s grace and still sometimes disappear with the money or don’t deliver on time. He further stated that those who call on God’s grace should impress him with their ways not by their words.
He wrote;
”This is not about those who swear and curse. That’s way too crass. I’m talking about how we as Nigerians say we will deliver on a promise ‘by God’s grace’ and many never do. Everyone one calls on God’s grace in Nigeria – the military, the politicians and my mechanic.
“Personally, when I give you a job to do, don’t tell me you will do it by God’s grace. I don’t want to hear that. Keep that between you and your God. My former parishioners will remember me telling them this while I was their pastor. Just do the job and save us the public prayer.
“Here’s why: I’ve had transactions with Chinese and American people that I don’t know and haven’t met. They never told me they’d deliver on their promise by God’s grace. Yet they delivered. But we, we call on God’s grace and still sometimes disappear with the money or don’t deliver on time. This doesn’t mean there are no dubious foreigners nor trustworthy Nigerians. I’m just speaking to the preponderance of our inclination to always drag God into our incompetencies.

Action speaks lounder than word
Is tushar even the scripture says that his grace is sufficient enough for us so sometimes we keep on saying we’ll do it by the grace of God and end up doing nothing you are right or they will all know we need the grace
One thing you have to kwn is that no matter how I work hard I can’t satisfie you as human
So it takes jus but only the grace of God

With God everything is possible but we are the one who doesn’t take to the word of God that we believe in. Saying by God’s grace, is still ok but our dubious way is too much.
There is a lot of atrocities committed by us in the name of God. We’re the one to amend our ways in Godly one.
We should learn how to imbibe the spirit of God with our dealings because without God nothing is possible. We should also exhibit it not mere saying.
That’s how it ought to be but we are just saying it by mere mouth with doing it. If we can do as you say, things will be better.
