APC set to take over South-East – Uzodinma
Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma says the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has plans to take over the South-East region of the country.
Uzodinma made this known during an end of the year meeting in Owerri with leaders of the APC in the South-East.
The meeting was targeted at claiming the region for the ruling party where the governor expressed that it was time the APC took over the zone now that South-East leaders have joined the party.
He added that a massive registration into the party should be encouraged along with a reconciliatory move amongst the members.
Uzodinma further stated that the National Convention of the party in 2021 will avail the region an opportunity to make their stance known about the APC which he says was blackmailed and insulted in the past.
We need you (APC) to be talking about driving out the poverty, insecurity and other bad things out of the state not how to take over one region or the other.
Instead of focusing on how to secure the nation, you are talking about how to take over other regions, this is uncalled for. You don’t even care about how the suffering of the Citizens.
Taking over south east must not be your priorities, what should be your priority is to lift average Nigerians from the poverty, shame on this government.
Nigerians are suffering beyond beyond explanation, what your government needs to do is to secure the lives of people of the country rather than taking over the country without meaningful achievement.
If not for supreme court you will not be making this noise. What have you done on your own to Win imo for APC.
This useless politicians are just o no use fortjis country…. All they care about is there ambitions and refused to tend to the need of people suffering poverty and many more…..
Nigerian of today is not the matter of party or anything. We just need the cooperation to move Nigerian to the land of promise.
