The Florida man who was photographed carrying U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s lectern from the House of Representative chambers during the riot at the U.S. Capitol, has been arrested.

The suspect identified as 36-year-old Adam Christian of Parrish in Florida, was arrested on a federal warrant and booked into the Pinellas County jail Friday night, the records said. No bond was allowed.

Johnson who was clean shaven in his mugshot, appeared in the photo with a beard and a wool hat with “Trump” written on the top.

No attorney information for Johnson was immediately available. The status of the lectern is not immediately known.

In addition to the arrest of Johnson, there were at least 13 people facing criminal charges in U.S. District Court in connection to the riot, and at least another 40 people were facing lesser charges in the District of Columbia Superior Court, a local venue.

Many of those individuals were arraigned on Thursday and released, with an order from the judge not to return to Washington unless it is for court appearances or meetings with their attorneys.

They included Cleveland Meredith, who was charged with threatening Pelosi as well as possession of an unregistered firearm and unregistered ammunition, and Richard Barnett, the Gravette, Arkansas, man who was photographed sitting at Pelosi’s desk and is also known as Bigo.

  1. That’s good job done by the F.B.I in the state, I hope they will be charged to court as soon as possible.

  2. If the FBI could arrest those involved in the riot could be arrested and trial in the court of law, it will serve as deterrent to others.

  3. We are waiting for the outcome of the situation wish I hope the government of capitol won’t compromise as we are expecting the outcome.

  4. Trump also should be held responsible for this atrocity because if he has accepted the it won’t turn out to be in that way.

  5. Going by the threat issued out by the extremist and pro Trump supporters, it seems the American police have a great deal if work to contend with during inauguration come 20th January. The rioters at the capitol overpowered the police and gained entrance to the validation of votes which triggered the killing if 5 people and many casualties. So if the inauguration will be held successfully, the police have to fortify their force as the rioters have vowed to reinforce more deadily
