Insecurity: Those responsible for running the Nation are on Holiday – Sowunmi
Segun Sowunmi, former spokesman of the Atiku Campaign Organisation has expressed that the way the spate of insecurity in the country is being handled suggests that the leaders have probably taken a time off.
He made this statement while speaking on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily on Wednesday.
According to Sowunmi, it is disheartening that those at the helms of affairs are not rising up to the occasion as everyone is doing and saying whatever they like without being cautioned.
In his words;
“Insecurity on one part, have you ever seen this country this divided? For some reason you are just hearing noises of O secession!, O we want to go!
“Everybody is doing whatever they like, say whatever they want to say, and those with the responsibility to say enough, you are not going to be allowed to implode this country, you are not going to be allowed to destabilize this country, are on holiday, receiving guest and shaking hands with people that are running from pillar to post claiming that they are running parties,” the spokesman uttered passionately.
Of course on holiday, instead of tackling the insecurity in the country they busy enjoy themselves with Nigeria’s wealth
All our past leaders should stand up to their responsibility and tackle the insecurity in the state
that is true and they just don’t cares……..
They should first tackle, herds men and bandits before you talk about, those call for succession. First thing first
Even they have gone on holiday where no one is available to control the situation
