Malami rules out sharing Ibori’s loot with Delta State

Attorney General of the federation, Abubakar Malami has ruled out sharing the Ibori loot with Delta State.

Malami while fielding questions during a Channels Television programme, Politics Today said Nigeria would deviate from the agreement reached with the United Kingdom government concerning the disbursement of the fund as it has already listed the projects the money would be spent on according to the agreement reached.

“The way international diplomatic processes operate with particular regard to the recovery of looted asset is more or less about engagement among the nations of interest, he said

This comes after the Federal Government confirmed receipt of £4,214,017.66 of the loot associated with the family members of Ibori.

  1. I don’t know why concerns the CJN about loots money when it’s not his jurisdiction……. that is the work of finance or maybe they have already shared the money completely……….
