Hushpuppi: “Avoid Abba Kyari” – Simon Ekpa warns Obi Cubana

Simon Ekpa, a disciple of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, on Thursday, cautioned billionaire businessman, Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly called Obi Cubana, to distance himself from Abba Kyari, a Deputy Commissioner of Police.

Kyari is currently being linked to alleged international fraudster, Abbas Ramon also known as Hushuppi. Hushuppi was alleged to have bribed Kyari in a $1.1million deal.

A report by the United States Department of Justice claimed Hushuppi bribed Kyari to arrest a disloyal gang member, Vincent.

Kyari was one of the guests at the lavish burial ceremony of Obi Cubana’s mother in Oba, Anambra State, with this, Ekpa has warned that Obi Cubana’s interaction with Abba Kyari would send the wrong message to people.

Reacting to his presence at the burial, Kyari, who heads the Inspector-General of Police’s Intelligence Response Team (IRT), had described Obi Cubana as a brother and a good friend.

However, Ekpa, in a tweet wrote: “Obi Cubana my brother, you may reconsider retracting your step and watch the people you keep as friends. Abba Kyari was seen in your mother’s burial, this development will definitely send a wrong signal about you and this criminal conspirator. – SE.”
