2023: Age shouldn’t be barrier to aspiring presidential candidates, as long as he is healthy and experienced – Shehu Sani

Senator Shehi Sani has faulted former military president, Ibrahim Babangida’s claim that the age of next president should be 60 years old.

Former Head of State, Ibrahim Babangida, in an interview had said he already has someone in mind as the ideal next President of Nigeria, and he’s a man in his 60s.

Reacting to this in a post on Facebook Senator Shehu Sani wrote; “the age of the next President doesn’t matter as long as he is healthy, experienced and can heal and unify the country now bleeding and tearing apart. The country needs peace and unity now.”
