Veteran Nollywood actor, Victor Olaotan is dead

Veteran Nollywood actor, Victor Olaotan, is dead.

He died on Thursday after battling a prolonged illness. He had being bedridden for five years after he was involved in an accident on his way to a movie scene.

Confirming the incident, his wife, Mrs Olaotan said she is grateful that the 69-year-old actor can finally go to rest after suffering for years.

She added that anytime she spoke to him via video call, she could see that he was fighting.

“He has tried. It is not easy to be trapped in your own body for five years. He can finally rest now.”

In 2018, Nigerian billionaire, Femi Otedola, had donated N39 million for his medical bills.

The 69-year-old was popular for his role in the TV series, Tinsel.
